"Is it the colors of fall"

In 9th grade, Studio Art was a required class for all freshmen, and each of us were required to have our own sketchbooks.
I kept my sketchbook after that year ended, and as I flipped through the my old work, I found this page. Even though the leaves are taped over, they still look just as crisp and colorful as they did when I first picked them up off the ground.


I took a picture of the page on my camera phone, sent it to my email address, downloaded it & saved it to my computer, opened it up in Picnik (picnik.com), and then played around with some different effects to make the colors of the leaves really POPPPPPPPP
